Windle Wedding
Designed for my wedding to Emily Sutton in June 2006. The aim was to provide guests with a useful source of reference for all aspects of the wedding from times and places to most importantly where they should get gifts from.
Building the site
The theme of the site was closely linked to that of the wedding, with dark red colours and roses that played a big part of our day. The font used (zaphino) in the headings is taken from the wedding stationery brilliantly designed by my now wife Emily.
The site also make very good use of the Goggle maps API to show guests where the service and receptions is and how to get there. By entering their post code, a guest can get directions and times to get to the destination from their required location.
